Preparing every student for their future, from Year 7 to Year 13

Our commitment: Every student leaves Waseley Hills with real workplace experience, strong labour market awareness,

and a clear plan for their next steps — whether that's college, university, an apprenticeship, or employment.

Our programme is delivered through our learning for life curriculum in addition to dedicated events throughout the school year, where necessary our staff receive appropriate professional development in relation to the content of this programme. Our programme includes strong employer and provider Links with structured employer visits and encounters at every stage, compliance with the Baker Clause (all students meet range of providers) and meets all updated 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. Our programme actively uses digital tools in supporting every student in being able to access the most up to date information including Unifrog with guided careers lessons at every key decision point and Springpod to bring certificated workplace experiences to all students.
