We have been so proud of our Year 7 learners who have demonstrated outstanding teamwork and communication skills, alongside creating professional business documents (presentations, posters and profit and loss sheets). Morgan Stanley staff have praised our learners for their highly organisational skills, respect in listening to each other's views, and considering and planning, in detail, a sustainable and profitable business idea. Our Year 7s have demonstrated resilience when asked questions by our "Dragons" (Mr S Palmer, Project Manager of Tilbury, Mr Vikas and Mr Kett, Management at Morgan Stanley), where they were able to answer questions in detail. This enrichment activity has enabled our learners to consider business at the planning and operational stages, and consider careers in environmental sustainability and Business Operations/Finance.
